Iām Mana Sundari,
a certified Master yoga sadhaka, I offer yoga lessons, events, and 1-on-1 sessions to help you deepen your spiritual practice. I help you master your energy, master your mind and master your life with meditation and yoga.
I discovered yoga during my own health journey and immediately recognized the many benefits of a consistent yoga practice which helps to balance the mind, body, and spirit and improve mental and physical health. I have studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kriya, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Tantra, mantra, breathwork, meditation and philosophy. I integrate techniques from all of these lineages in my practice.
When I began yoga, it was a compliment to my workout routine, but I began to realize the deeper impact that yoga was having on my life. I developed a mind-body connection that allowed me to regulate my nervous system and address trauma that had been stored in the body. I found that consistant yoga practice and meditation have the power to heal.
I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in Paris in 2019 and have been teaching classes online and in-person ever since. In 2023, I traveled to the Indian Himalayan mountains to further my study of yoga from the source. I completed my 300hr yoga teacher training at Sattva Yoga Academy with guru Anand Mehrotra. In India, my understanding and practice of yoga deepened and expanded, and I am deeply appreciative of all that I learned there. I strive to pay homage to this ancient tradition every time I practice.
In 2025, I returned to India to study further and completed my Masters training at Sattva Academy before traveling to the South of India to study Sanskrit, philosophy and Ashtanga with guru Dr. Vijaya Kumar Manja.
I have experience teaching yoga in the corporate setting, in studios, and 1-on-1. I practice yoga and meditation daily, and love to help others on their spiritual path.
