The first consultation is free. I will listen to your expectations and needs, and I will establish a plan to meet your goals and address your unique challenges.

Mentoring plans include sessions either online or in-person. It is possible for me to conduct sessions at your residence, but there may be an additional fee depending on the distance.

It is important to note that lifestyle changes bring about gradual but lasting change. For this reason, I recommend coaching sessions in three month blocks— the minimum amount of time to notice any changes. I will be giving you assignments to complete between our sessions. The results that you get are directly correlated to the amount of effort you put in to completing the assignments and incorporating the techniques that I teach you.

Personalized, flexible plans are also available dependent on your needs and budget. We can discuss this in your first consultation.

  • A yoga sadhaka is a practitioner in Indian philosophies and traditions, such as Buddhism and Yoga, who follows a particular lifestyle (sadhana) designed to realize one’s true self.

    This involves freeing oneself from societal conditioning and false identities that do not serve our growth, practicing self-observation and meditation, & practicing selfless service free from attachment, expectation and ego.

    I also refer to myself as a Bodhisattva which is anyone who is on the path of awakening or a Tantrika which is a practitioner of Tantra (the yogic tradition NOT modern Neo-tantra).

  • Anyone who wants to deepen their yoga or spiritual practice, improve their health and lifestyle, or begin a healing journey.

    A yoga mentor can help you to learn to regulate your nervous system to deal with stress, anxiety, fear, lack of motivation, lack of confidence, and depression. A yoga mentor can help you live life fuller and deeper by learning to be present, to engage fully with life and learn to feel what you feel and know what you know.

    You can always continue going to group classes but a yoga mentor will challenge you and give you the tools you need to advance optimally. Traditionally, yoga was passed down from guru (sanskrit for teacher) to student and is therefore designed to be taught one-on-one. Most group classes you find are a reductionist version of yoga that focus on the physical aspect of the practice. Asanas (sanskrit for postures) are merely a small part of a full yoga practice.

    My role is to give you the tools you need to take charge or your energy, your mind, and your life. I can offer you a different perspective, challenge your pre-existing beliefs that are holding you captive, and give you advice for implementing change but ultimately your transformation is in your own hands.

  • Yoga offers a bottom-up regulation of the nervous system and an empowering perspective on life.

    Learning to regulate and activate your nervous system with yoga and breathing techniques means that you no longer depend on external substances, validation, or stimuli to attempt to regulate your mental and emotional state. When our autonomic nervous system is well-balanced we have a reasonable degree of control over our response to life’s challenges which enables us to calmly address events that trigger us. Furthermore, you will learn to take responsibility and manage your energy and your mind instead of remaining blind and captive to our reactions and emotions.
