The power of yoga

Yoga is more than poses. Yoga is a holistic lifestyle philosophy that includes breathwork, postures, meditation, a code of conduct, and more to ultimately discover our true nature, the Self. 

Though these are not the goal of yoga, some benefits of yoga include improved strength and flexibility, better respiration and sleep, and increased vitality & mental soundness.

Yoga is an art, a science and a philosophy that affects us on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.  It is a discipline of self-study that through which we master our energy, our mind and our lives. It is a practical method for making our lives joyful, balanced, and purposeful.
